Warehouse and Fulfillment Technician Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Lowtemp Industries continues to grow, and we have an immediate opening for a Warehouse and Fulfillment Technician. This critical position will own the assembly of our Rosin presses in addition to pulling together and packaging all products for shipment.
SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of order fulfillment from our warehouse in Arvada, CO to customers both domestic and international. Daily duties include reading and understanding invoices that detail parts to be packed, pulling those parts, and packing them carefully in boxes or on pallets. Accuracy is critical to ensure all customers get exactly the items they ordered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Rosin Press assembly and shipment.
· Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately.
· Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet delivery timelines.
· Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and updates.
· Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
· Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
· Assist with loading and unloading shipments from delivery trucks.
· Monitor and report damaged or missing inventory items.
· Follow all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations.
· Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet performance goals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
· Ability to use basic hand and battery-powered tools
· Ability to operate a pallet jack, forklift, and other warehouse equipment, i.e. stretch wrapper
· Attention to detail is critical to avoid costly returns due to errors
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels and functions are essential
· Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to understand technical issues that arise through assembly and testing processes
· Customer Focus: Responds appropriately to customers’ needs
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and possess a willingness to make autonomous decisions

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The individual will spend most of their time in a Factory/Warehouse environment with some Office work required (for meetings, etc). Office and Factory/Warehouse are well lit, clean with normal/low noise levels (less than 85dbc)

Pay Range Disclosure (CO): The base pay range for this position is $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience and expertise . This position is eligible for overtime pay. Actual pay will be based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay alignment.
