Job Description

As a Value Stream Manager, you will lead a critical operational area within the organization, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure production goals are met while upholding the highest standards in safety, quality, and compliance.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Operations & Production Planning Oversee daily operations and develop monthly and annual production plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance tracking.
• Leadership & Team Development Inspire and guide your team by aligning functional strategies with the company’s mission and values. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
• Process & Quality Improvement Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing methods, systems, and quality assurance tools to enhance efficiency and product reliability.
• Health, Safety & Compliance Champion a safe work environment by enforcing HSE policies and proactively addressing risks and non-compliance issues.
• Budgeting & Scheduling Manage departmental budgets and coordinate medium- to long-term work schedules to meet business objectives across multiple teams.

Qualifications
