We are looking for a motivated ITOT Infrastructure Specialist to support software testing, quality assurance, and compliance activities across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, quality, and compliance of software and infrastructure systems that support business and operational processes.

The ITOT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting software defects, and collaborating with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to validate system changes. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is ideal for candidates with 0–5 years of experience who have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and an interest in working with IT/OT systems, infrastructure, and software quality in a structured environment.

Key Job Functions

1. Software Testing & Quality Assurance
2. Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases; perform functional, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT); identify, track, and verify resolution of software defects.
3. Compliance, Documentation & Standards
4. Ensure systems comply with industry standards and internal procedures by documenting test results, defects, and process improvements; support audits and validation activities as required.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
6. Work closely with IT, OT, infrastructure, and application teams to validate deployments, troubleshoot issues, and support stable and reliable system operations.
