Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SEO & Web Experience Lead to own and scale our end-to-end SEO strategy across search engines and AI-search. This role will lead technical SEO, content SEO, and AI optimization initiatives to drive organic growth, visibility in LLMs, and measurable business impact.

You will define and execute a scalable SEO and AI SEO roadmap, partner closely with Engineering, oversee website performance and migrations, and ensure best-in-class technical foundations, content quality, and user experience. This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and hands-on execution across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy from definition to execution.
• Develop and execute a scalable SEO & AI SEO roadmap to drive organic traffic, AI visibility, leads, and conversions.
• Lead technical SEO optimizations including site architecture improvements, Core Web Vitals, indexing and crawling troubleshooting etc. 
• Oversee content SEO strategy, conduct content audits, implement optimizations and production workflows across branded and non-branded content 
• Optimize content across third-party platforms (OTAs, Google Business Profiles, reviews sites etc)
• Conduct AI audits and implement optimizations to increase visibility in generative AI.
• Stay ahead and mitigate risks from algorithm and search behavior changes.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure optimal web performance and to implement CRO and UX optimizations ensuring alignment to best practices.
• Own analytics, reporting, and insights, communicating impact to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience (local, marketplace, travel, real estate, or ecommerce preferred).
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, JavaScript/React, and Core Web Vitals.
• Proven experience leading complex SEO initiatives, site migrations, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, EEAT, AI/GEO/AEO optimization.
• Advanced proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (GSC, GA, Screaming Frog, Semrush, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams.
