We’re looking to hire a Digital Communications Project Coordinator for our client who is a Global Biopharmaceutical Company that provides research and develops innovative medicines and therapies.

You’ll join the Digital Operations Team to partner with Project Managers, Brand Managers, Legal, Operations, Medical Affairs, and External Vendors to ensure Internal Digital Communications Strategies are being met.

• This is a 12 month + opportunity.
• The role is located in Mattawa, Illinois, hybrid onsite (3x a week).
• Hourly Pay: $38hr.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Internal Digital Communications Strategies supporting Commercial Operations, Brand Teams, Product Managers, Public Affairs, Design Agencies.
• Support Internal Clients with Design and Internal Communications including Microsoft SharePoint Sites (web-based spaces within a Microsoft 365 environment used for storing, organizing, and sharing documents and information) for Internal Email Blasts and Newsletters.
• Build relationships with Clients and Stakeholders to understand Team’s business needs.
• Provide analysis of Internal Creative and Marketing Project Gaps to enhance business results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Digital, Design or Communications with 2 + years of managing projects with Internal/External Clients.
• Graphic Design experience is a plus.
• Experience using SharePoint O365, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
• Basic knowledge of Staffbase, an Employee Communications Cloud & Intranet Tool.
