Job Description

Position: Doctor of Chiropractic
Location:  Rotating between the Montgomery and Prattville location
Schedule: Predictable schedule with strong work-life balance
Compensation:  60 - 70K + clear performance bonuses tied to KPIs

Role Overview

We are seeking a doctor who is clinically skilled, personable , and really good at simplifying complex terminology . The ideal candidate can confidently adjust patients and make complex information simple , helping patients understand that chiropractic isn’t about treating pain — it’s about correcting the underlying structural issues that cause pain.

Our ideal Doctor who not only adjusts effectively, but also connects with patients, educates with clarity (from a patient perspective) , and contributes to a warm, encouraging clinic atmosphere that helps patients feel supported in their healing journey.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality chiropractic adjustments

  • Educate patients on structural alignment, long-term wellness, and the phases of care

  • Help patients transition through Relief → Retrain → Retain care phases

  • Document treatments accurately and efficiently (minimal requirements)

  • Collaborate with a supportive administrative and front-desk team

  • Participate in internal training, communication skill development, and clinic improvement

  • Maintain a warm, professional, and patient-centered clinic environment

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution

  • Active state license (or eligibility to obtain one)

  • Strong adjusting skills with a passion for wellness-based chiropractic

  • Comfort working collaboratively with a strong administrative team
