We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a punctual, hard-working individual who can undertake a variety of office support tasks while working diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion, and will be a self-starter eager to learn new duties along the way. This role comes with paid training, leading health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and vacation/PTO after 90 days, making it a great opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Support HR and operations teams with onboarding and administrative tasks.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and database management accurately.
  • Assist in coordinating company events and team activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor office issues or escalate as appropriate.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, printers, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
