The Position:

  • Well-established MarinHealth outpatient-only practices.
  • Highly desirable communities, including Petaluma, Larkspur, Mill Valley, Novato, and Sausalito.
  • Established patient panels.
  • Competitive guaranteed salary for 2 years with move to productivity Year 3.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Long Term Disability (LTD), and basic life insurance, with a voluntary life insurance option, EAP, and a retirement plan with employer match.
  • Recruitment incentives include signing bonus, relocation, housing assistance, forgivable loan, and final-year resident stipend.
  • Hospitalist Program in place at MarinHealth Medical Center and Sonoma Valley Hospital.
  • Epic electronic health records utilized.

A Career with Flexibility:

  • Full-time positions (36 patient contact hours per week).

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
  • Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy for high-quality patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.
  • Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (with intent to become certified within 2 years) is required.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.
  • Spanish language a PLUS, but not required.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $280,000 - $350,000. The final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
