Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team in a dynamic environment,

ensuring the efficient and safe handling of unique products.

**Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and

collaborative work environment.

· Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage,

and distribution

· Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure

accurate record-keeping using warehouse management systems.

· Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product

integrity and compliance with industry standards.

· Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working

environment for all employees.

· Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend

improvements to warehouse procedures.

· Training Development: Participate in the creation and delivery of specialized training

programs focused on tea and botanical handling, storage, and preservation.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

· Equipment Oversight : Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Schedule repairs and inspections for warehouse machinery.

· Process Improvement : Evaluate current workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency. Implement lean warehouse practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.

· Collaboration with Other Departments : Communicate with purchasing, sales, and production teams to coordinate order fulfillment. Participate in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions.

· Emergency Response : Act as point of contact during warehouse incidents or emergencies. Follow incident reporting procedures and support investigations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management

· Knowledge of GMP (good manufacturing process) SQF (Safe Quality Food) Certification,

inventory management systems.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team

members.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Commitment to safety and quality standards.

· Familiarity with tea and botanical products is a plus but not required; specialized training

will be provided.

· Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
