Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa located in New City NY in Rockland County is currently seeking a full-time Spa Manager to run our operations! The ideal spa manager candidate is a strong leader who can drive results and pivot to meet the needs of the spa. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years experience multi unit operators a plus!

Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:

• Membership Conversion marketing strategy as well as coaching and motivating your spa team is crucial to this role!
• Leadership building a consistent and cohesive culture.
• Revenue you understand how to drive revenue via scheduling marketing and upgrading services.
• Recruiting you are passionate about building a team of passionate spa professionals!
• Operations you measure and deliver results create a strong member base and deliver a consistently excellent client experience!
• Business Acumen run your own business without the risk! The ability to analyze metrics and make decisions to drive results is key.
  *Spa owners is remote to spa location but available anytime for support.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 3 to 5 years management experience in the salon/spa retail or hospitality industry
• Flexible schedule this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
• Ability to manage different roles and personalities.
• Understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination communication and cooperation.
• Ability to focus on achieving sales targets (with an eye for effective marketing strategies) and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and organize the overall operation of the spa to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction
• Overcome objections during the sales process and increase the membership base
• Create marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits
• Perform data analysis that drives business decisions and success
• Use sound judgment work independently with minimal supervision.
• Plan and direct to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Track staff schedules efficiently to optimize capacity revenue and profits.
• Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises
• Manage inventory effectively
• Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction address customer dissatisfaction resolve service complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local state and federal laws and regulations.
• Hire train supervise develop mentor all team members according to Hand & Stone policies and procedures.
• Motivates and empowers the team to achieve high standards.

Compensation: $54000.00 - $70000.00 per year
