Job Description

Ejendals is a premium designer, manufacturer, supplier and marketer of safety shoes & gloves around the globe. Through safety innovation and a sustainable offerings, we aim to be the best partner for our customers to improve safety for their employees. As Ejendals continues to expand globally, the US operation is looking to add a full-time Shoe Truck Route Driver Salesperson role in the sales department to service both retail & business in the southeast.

Responsibilities

· Drive the company shoe truck to business locations in the southeast US for both retail & invoicing sales opportunities & fitting events (Most of the route will be operated within a 2-hour drive of the Charlotte Metro area)

· Fit, measure & advise customers/clients on Jalas safety shoes & semi-custom insoles

· Help customers understand the value, features & benefits of working with Jalas safety shoes

· Utilize both your internal & external network of contacts to help grow the shoe truck business line and reach 100% utilization for the route schedule, as well as to meet company sales goals

· Maintain sales records, inventory levels and process on-site payments accordingly with company processes & procedures

· Help to grow sales, brand recognition & reputation for all of the Ejendals brands across the US!

Qualifications

· Minimum of a high-school diploma or GED equivalent;

· Must have a clean driving record, be able to pass a drug test & background check

· Must be able to pass a DOT physical & meet all relevant driving requirements

· Must have an active drivers license & the ability to safely drive an E-350 truck with 15 foot box

· Must be a highly active person & physically capable to fit large amounts of customers with safety shoes (This activity involves getting on & off the back of a box truck very frequently)

· Must have the ability to maintain company records, including maintaining a company computer & email address

· Must have SAFETY as a top priority!!!

Other Details:

· Position is a full-time salaried exempt role.

· N ormal hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, however h ours will vary based on client needs.

· Occasional overnight or weekend travel may be required as needed to meet client needs.

· Position reports to the General Manager & President of US Operations.

· Offering $50k annual base salary + $36k in bonus potential (Total potential of $86k/year plus benefits)
