Sr. Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our growing Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). The chosen candidate will join a balanced Agile product team of 6-8 talented Salesforce professionals. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing inventive, effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and development of Salesforce features leveraging the full range of Salesforce capabilities (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.)
· Collaborate with the product team members to refine requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure alignment with business goals
· Ensure the quality and security of Salesforce solutions
· Mentor developers, providing guidance and support
· Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise solutions, using APIs, web services, and partnership with MuleSoft
· Participate in Agile iterations and ceremonies, including spring planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
· Collaborate with teams to ensure effective version control and stable integration environments
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
· Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration techniques
· Strong proficiency in Salesforce data integration and REST API development
· Experience in Salesforce platform technologies: custom objects, Flow builder, Apex classes and controllers, & SOQL
· Experience in an Agile team
· Experience with Copado or similar CI/CD pipeline tool
Preferred Skills:
· Marketing Cloud experience
· Financial services industry experience
· Financial Service Cloud
