Senior Claims Analyst - Insurance - North Hollywood, CA

An expanding insurance brokerage, boasting over 25 years of industry leadership and consistent growth, is actively seeking a Senior Claims Analyst. The agency is dedicated to fostering professional development and provides ongoing education assistance to support the continuous growth of its claims professionals.

• $85,000 - $95,000, annual salary, depending on experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of claims experience within a retail brokerage
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Knowledge of insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of typical litigation protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters, including management of potential and active claims; responsible for overseeing and guiding support staff in the timely and accurate reporting of claims
• Respond to claims-related requests from clients and insurance carriers
• Conduct legal research when necessary, analyze and prepare presentations related to regulatory, legislative, and litigation matters that will affect clients or carriers
• Review all client claims and lawsuits to propose solutions and action plans
• Provide status updates on cases to management, producers, and senior account analysts
