Pay Range: $43 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and responses to care
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care according to policies and procedures
• Coordinate and communicate patient care plans with the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care provided, and patient education
• Advocate for patients and families; address concerns in a timely manner
• Provide patient and family education to support care outcomes
• Support patient- and family-centered care practices
• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, and ongoing training
• Mentor and support nursing staff through preceptorship and collaboration
• Uphold professional conduct, ethics, confidentiality, and safety standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills; Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Effective care coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Knowledge of patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to performance improvement and quality initiatives
• Willingness to participate in shared governance and professional development
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
