Job Title: Evening RN – Deliver Care with Purpose and Presence

Location: Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN

Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Shift | Every Other Weekend + Rotating On-Call

Pay: $35 – $50/hour

Weekend Shift Differential: + $1.00/hour on weekends

What You'll Do:

• Lead evening care planning, nursing support, and medication oversight
  
• Complete clinical assessments and keep detailed, accurate documentation
  
• Manage chronic conditions and respond to residents’ changing needs
  
• Collaborate with families, staff, and providers to personalize care
  
• Keep loved ones in the loop with timely, respectful communication
  
• Respond confidently to health concerns and emergencies during your shift
  
• Deliver hospitality-focused care that puts residents first
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
  
• Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred
  
• Confident in your clinical decision-making and communication
  
• Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  
• Committed to building trust with residents and their families
