Registered Nurse (RN) — Multiple Departments

Location: Centerburg, OH

Compensation: $29–$46 per hour + shift differentials + up to $25,000 sign-on bonus (for select roles)

Job Type: Full-time | Day & Night Shifts Available

Available RN Opportunities:

Cancer Center

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On-call every 6th weekend with holiday rotation

Non-Surgical Specialty Care Clinics

(Neuro, Nephrology, Psychiatry, Gastroenterology)

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Emergency Department

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)

Medical/Surgical Floor

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)

Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)

Float Pool

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with physicians’ orders and established standards.
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and document progress accurately.
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and participation in care plans.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure optimal patient outcomes through leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $29–$46, based on experience.
• Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend hours.
