Position Title: Project Manager – Real Estate / Implementation

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: In-office Tuesday–Thursday)

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving complex projects and programs that support Real Estate and Implementation activities. This role ensures alignment with business goals, oversees cross-functional coordination, and manages all aspects of project execution from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects to achieve defined business objectives and performance targets.
• Coordinate and schedule resources across multiple teams to align project requirements with organizational goals.
• Identify, monitor, report, and escalate project-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks and minimize project delays.
• Utilize project tracking tools such as FUZE SPM or similar systems to document milestones, issues, corrective actions, and project completions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and management to ensure visibility into project status, risks, and updates.
• Coordinate and lead regular project meetings to review progress, changes, and critical milestones.
• Escalate issues when necessary to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Establish contingency and recovery plans as needed to maintain project momentum.
• Provide detailed status reports to project teams, management, and directors.
• Facilitate post-project “lessons learned” reviews to capture insights and drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement new processes to enhance team productivity and project efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or four (4) or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in technical or project management environments.
• Proficiency with PC and software applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite .

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
• Working knowledge of RAN , Real Estate , and Implementation processes.
• Extensive experience with FUZE SPM or comparable project management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound independent decisions based on company policies and project needs.
