Job Title: Project Manager (ClickUp / Technical Operations)

Location: Plano, TX (On-Site Requirement)

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

ERISA Recovery is a healthcare analytics company that leverages ERISA Law, AI, data engineering, and over a decade of revenue cycle experience to recover denied hospital revenue. Our teams build secure, high-performance systems across web development, data pipelines, and AI modeling—supporting hospitals and healthcare providers nationwide.

We’re seeking a Project Manager to take full ownership of our ClickUp ecosystem and lead the transformation of our internal operations—from basic task tracking into a fully functional PMO system that drives organization, accountability, and scalability across all technical departments.

This role sits at the operational center of the organization, bridging communication between software, data, AI, and IT teams to ensure projects are clearly structured, measurable, and consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

ClickUp Administration & Optimization

• Serve as the primary owner and architect of ClickUp.
• Transform ClickUp from a set of lists into a scalable, process-driven PMO environment .
• Create and maintain templates, automations, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure all projects and tasks are properly structured, updated, and on track.
• Expand ClickUp’s reach to include IT administration, DevOps, and data operations workflows.

Project Management & Delivery

• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across technical teams.
• Conduct weekly syncs, manage dependencies, and drive accountability.
• Document progress, decisions, and priorities to ensure visibility for leadership.
• Identify and address bottlenecks proactively, ensuring timely delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work directly with:
• Developers using Django, HTMX, JS, CSS, and Alpine.js.
• Data Engineers using Azure Data Factory and Python.
• BI Analysts using PowerBI and Python
• Data Scientists using Ollama, pandas, pyodbc, and paramiko.
• IT Administrators overseeing network, infrastructure, and server operations.
• Align technical and operational goals with strategic business objectives.
• Act as the connective tissue between departments to ensure unified execution.

Process & Governance

• Develop PMO standards, templates, and documentation across departments.
• Maintain visibility into workloads, capacity, and delivery timelines.
• Support HIPAA, SOC II, and HITRUST documentation processes with clear audit trails.
• Continuously improve workflows to support scaling operations and team growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or operations .
• Expert-level proficiency with ClickUp (workspace administration, automation, dashboards).
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with software, data, and IT workflows.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, AI, or compliance-driven technical environments.
• Knowledge of Django, Python, Azure Data Factory, or DevOps workflows.
• ClickUp Certificates and Documented Experience/Portfolio
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Strong analytical and process design skills.
