Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of production floor operations during the second shift, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with shift personnel, the Quality Control Supervisor, Production Manager, materials handling, and senior management to quickly address and resolve any issues.
• Proactively identify operational challenges and implement timely, effective solutions with clear follow-up.
• Enforce adherence to all shop rules and promote a culture of accountability and respect.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes are followed correctly to produce quality composite products.
• On-the-job training provided for composite fabrication techniques.
• Promote and coordinate efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Required Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in composite manufacturing or high-volume production is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
