Pharmacist – Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center

Contract term: 1 year
Approximate start date: November/December
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Pay: $68 to $75 per hour
Job duties:
• Dispense medications and verify prescriptions.
• Monitor patient drug therapy for safety and effectiveness.
• Provide drug information and education to patients and staff.
• Collaborate with providers on treatment plans.
Requirements:
• Active pharmacist license in any U.S. state.
• 2 years recent pharmacist experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
