Job Description

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for developing and executing AI-driven, data-centric marketing strategies that drive leads, engagement, and sales for our freight forwarding and eCommerce logistics services, bridging the gap between complex supply chain operations and advanced digital customer acquisition using predictive analytics, marketing automation, and AI insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) for freight & eCommerce solutions using AI-powered tools and analytics to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  • Content Strategy: Develop compelling content (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts) highlighting logistics expertise and eCommerce solutions, leveraging AI-assisted content intelligence and personalized audience targeting.
  • eCommerce Management: Oversee online platforms, driving conversions and improving customer experience using AI-driven optimization, predictive analytics, and behavioral insights.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights with predictive modeling, AI-driven dashboards, and marketing intelligence to refine strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Partner with Sales and Business Development to generate and qualify leads through AI-enabled lead scoring, marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, and tech teams to align marketing with business goals, ensuring data-informed decision making and tech-enabled efficiency.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on global trade, freight trends, eCommerce logistics developments, and AI/MarTech innovations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or related sectors, with hands-on experience using AI-driven marketing tools and analytics.
  • Skills: Proven digital marketing, content, SEO, analytics, and CRM/automation proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), with a strong ability to leverage AI and predictive insights for decision-making.
  • Attributes: Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills; comfortable in fast-paced, data-rich environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or global supply chain.
  • Understanding of eCommerce fulfillment & global market trends.
  • Team or agency management experience.
  • Experience with AI-driven analytics, predictive lead scoring, marketing automation, or MarTech stack optimization.
