Akkodis is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer for a contract position with our client located in Bloomington, IN. We’re looking for experienced professionals to help build out the PLM Bill of Process for all CINC parts—subassemblies, finished products, trade products, and sellable assemblies—to full maturity by end of 2026.
Salary Range: $35.00/hour to $60.00/hour. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Manufacturing Engineer job responsibilities include:
· Review AI-generated draft of the Bill of Process
· Schedule and conduct observations of product builds
· Gather reference documents for production visits
· Observe actual processes, make redline changes, and confirm updates against manufacturing instructions
· Update PLM load sheets
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Manufacturing process expertise
• 0-5 years of Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and Medical Device Directive
