Role Overview (Selling the Role)

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support process analysis, solution design, and technical architecture for complex enterprise initiatives. This role partners closely with Engagement Managers and Technical Architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly analytical, and experienced in cloud and enterprise application architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign alongside the Engagement Manager.
• Develop detailed functional design documents aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects to produce technical specifications for custom development and systems integration.
• Recommend best practices and third-party solution alternatives within functional design documentation.
• Support training design, documentation, and delivery efforts.
• Lead and participate in design and technical solutioning meetings.
• Influence stakeholders to achieve optimal architectural solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly evolving technical environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture.
• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical and solution designs.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
• Financial Services industry experience.
• Strong understanding of:
• Web-based, service-oriented, and enterprise application architectures
• Balancing business needs with technical and financial constraints
