THE OPPORTUNITY
A full-time Electronics Technician is sought to join a production team supporting the manufacturing and testing of advanced radio or electronic systems. This role involves close collaboration with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality production and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time, on-site position , Monday through Friday.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Testing of sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Final assembly and inspection of finished electronic products.
Conducting system-level and quality control testing in a production environment.
Logging statistics and providing regular feedback to the team.
Performing other related tasks as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED.
Good manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools (e.g., tweezers, screwdrivers, torque wrenches).
Comfortable using computers and general PC applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success.
Attention to detail and enjoyment of hands-on technical work.
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to the nature of the work.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or testing environments.
Familiarity with Linux-based systems is a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in an indoor, climate-controlled facility.
Occasional exposure to varying temperatures.
Must be able to:
Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
Move around labs and production areas as needed.
