Part-Time Dentist

Part-Time Dentist needed in Allentown, PA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that’s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout Allentown, PA.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($171,000 - $255,000/year)
• Prorated for part-time schedules
• Incentive Plan Annual Bonus – up to 18% base salary
• Starting Bonus - $20,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)
• Prorated for part-time schedules
• Retention Bonus - $20,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)
• Prorated for part-time schedules
• Relocation Assistance – up to $4,000
• Health Insurance – Employee: $0-$30.81 biweekly

Responsibilities

• Wednesday and Fridays (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• 2 Hours Admin Time
• Must be willing to see pediatric patients (6 months – 18 years old)
• Average 18-20 patients per day
• Bread and Butter Dentistry

Requirements

• Clear and active Dentist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• DDS/DMD
• New Graduates will be considered
• Willingness to see children and adolescents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
