Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Manage and track expenses to ensure budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
