Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate position located in San Francisco, CA. This role focuses on supporting the leasing function across BRV’s portfolio, working closely with internal leasing professionals, listing and procuring brokers, and asset management teams. The position plays a key role in driving leasing execution, maintaining marketing materials, and ensuring seamless coordination between leasing, ownership, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day support to the leasing team across industrial, life science, and commercial properties
• Assist with preparation of offering memoranda, marketing packages, and lease proposals
• Track leasing pipelines, deal status, and broker communications across the portfolio
• Support lease negotiations by preparing analyses, abstracts, and approval materials
• Maintain market data, comparable lease information, and competitive intelligence
• Participate in tenant tours, site visits, and broker meetings as needed
• Help ensure a high-quality tenant experience by supporting communication and execution throughout the leasing process
• Proactive reach out to procuring brokers through coffees, lunches, and open houses
• Attend industry events to support leasing efforts, strengthen broker relationships, and promote BRV’s portfolio and market presence.
• Coordinate with the BRV’s construction team on required make ready work and budgets during the lease process

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of employment working in real estate, finance, or a related field

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance or similar field
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ARGUS a plus
• Team Player with collaborative and strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently in a way that reflects BRV’s culture and core values
• Well organized, efficient, motivated self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed, primarily around the Bay Area
