Job Description

Our client has an immediate need for an administrative assistant/ receptionist in their Chicago office near Water Tower in downtown Chicago. This is a fulltime hybrid role that is in-office two days per week and remote 3 days per week . This is a temp to hire position that starts after the New Year. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, while balancing reception and administrative tasks including answering phones, coordinating meetings, calendar management, facilities management and correspondence..

Responsibilities

  • Reception duties/phones
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Expense reports
  • Travel Management
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed/facilities

Qualifications

  • 1 year of reception/administrative assistant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in scheduling meeting/calendar management/travel planning & Expense reports
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Experience working remote

This is a temp to hire opportunity that is in office 2 days per week and remote 3 days per week. The duties are a mix of admin and receptionist duties.
